Returns, Terms, and Privacy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Items must be in box condition
• All accessories and components must be included
• A return authorization is required before shipping

Items returned without authorization or after 30 days may be denied.


Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Opened medical, PPE, or personal care items
• Custom or special-order items
• Items marked non-returnable on the product page


Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been:
• delivered back to us
• inspected
• verified to be in acceptable condition

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Allow 3–7 business days for the credit to appear.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We may deduct restocking or damage fees if items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days
so we can arrange a replacement or corrective action.


Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error:
• customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• we recommend a trackable shipping method

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
